Sermon Illustrations - Sermon Illustrations from Alice In Wonderland (2010) (2010)

Once again, Alice follows a rabbit in a waistcoat down a hole and finds herself back in Wonderland. There she joins with the Mad Hatter, the Cheshire Cat, the Blue Caterpillar, and the White Queen to overthrow the rule of the Red Queen. Along the way, this film provides material for sermon illustrations about the difference between commandments and cultural issues, and a clip and illustration about judgment and mercy.

Movie's Sermon General's Warning:
Alice In Wonderland contains some tense fantasy action scenes.

Rating: PG      Genre: Fantasy

FilmTalk Card - What makes us what we are?

Alice in Wonderland can stimulate discussions about the "foolishness" of the Gospel, traditions and morality, and whether it is better to be feared than loved. Alice in Wonderland can also inspire talk about what we are made for, and the need to accept forgiveness and mercy.
